October 16, 2017. I called regarding a billing error. I was not allowed to speak to supervisor. Each rep was rude and secretive with providing supervisor contact. I was denied any operator identifier number or last name. This would include John Atkinson, Makisha, Hector, and Dan Kehl. My notes which a second access rep read back to me were dishonest. I asked them to be deleted.

Called up clinic for authorization letter, lay who answered was very rude, no good afternoon, cant find my fathers name ,so i said go by his DOB, she answered me in a rude way, we dont go by DOB, which is strange bec most clinics ask the DOB. Very rude ,even Dr Goldman is rude to my father who has hard time hearing.

I'm a new patient, and I've been waiting for weeks that Scripps Clinic to send a fax to my insurance to get the MRI (that my doctor ordered) approved. Extremely disappointing. I regret joining this organization. They coild not care less about their patients. I'll most likely switch soon
