SCRIPPS MEDICAL CENTER HILLCREST BILLED WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY AND AFTER THEY REFUSE TO PAY, SCRIPPS SEND IT TO COLLECTION.IT HAPPENED 8 TIMES WITHIN LAST 3 YEARS!!!

ALSO, WE NEVER RECEIVED BILLS FROM CERTAIN DOCTORS AND FOR CERTAIN PROCEDURES, I DONT KNOW WHY! AFTER TALKING TO LOVELY KAREN FROM ACCOUNTING, SHE TRANSFER TO COLLECTION AGENCY. THEY NEVER LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON OR ASSIST TO RESOLVE SCREW UP AFTER SCREW UP! I SENT EMAIL TO SCRIPPS CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT AFTER 9 DAYS - NOTHING, LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

WORST MEDICAL BILLING DEPARTMENT IN A WORLD!!!

NOBODY BOTHER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE EVER!!!I WILL COMPLAIN TO STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH!
