Doctors require annual visits and blood work but no follow up on blood work results is given. Are they reading the test results or simply billing for the blood tests and patients be damned. Contacting department of internal medicine and doctor directly does not work....

I could die waiting on hold for scripps, or waiting for a call back from anyone! Worst customer service ever.....sad. Dealing with an elderly parent and watching how little regard Scripps has for her makes me livid!!
